Chain the friggin' dumbass down pronto. There have been a couple of really sick mofos who use chat to molest, rape, or torture people to death. Stateside a serial killer that I can't remember the name of used it to abduct, sexually torture, and then killed dozens of people. Do everything you can to stop your buddy, his ass is on the line.
