Yes, there is a little hidden clip on the Fellowship extended disk 1. Go to the last scene in the screen selection, and do the same thing you did for the TTT to see an alternate version of the council of elrond scene, that MTV created. Its funny, but I would have to say a bit too much gross humor.
I think theres also a trailer for TTT somewhere hidden on one of the FOTR extended disks.
