Yeah, I got Extended TTT for Christmas and watched it yesterday. It all was important.

Also, it showed more Interaction between Awoyen and Aragorn. That part with the stew was so funny.

Exactly, also scenes such as where Gandalf and Aragorn are talking about how Sauron is beginning to fear Aragorn becoming king, and how they must trust frodo to finish this quest, etc.
