I don't think it would be Xavier ... sounds a bit crude for him. I would take a guess at Jacob, but it doesn't really look like his writing style.

She's (yes, it's a she) a friend from FFE/GE. I make banners for friends and host them on the server. They shouldn't be sneaking into here ... but, well they do.  So if you see strange usernames on strange banners, they'll be friends from that forum.
Edit: It's getting weirder. I was working on Oddworld-Web tonight and when I edited a page in Front Page I got a paramite layout pic where an Abe layout pic was meant to be. This thing is taking over.
