I believe that there is nothing after death. What we consider living, or being aware/conscious, is just chemical and electrical reactions within our brains. When you die, your brain stops functioning, and you are no longer aware. You do not respond to or take in these stimuli anymore. Technically we are still here after death, since our bodies stay here wether we're dead or not, we just do not respond to any stimuli anymore. "The Afterlife" is nothingness...you basically stop existing and thinking altogether. You aren't aware of anything anymore.

I don't mean to upset anyone or anything...these are just my opinions...my beliefs. I don't mean to force it on anyone or say that this is THE afterlife, THE truth. Nobody can ever know what happens to us when we die.
I respect your opinion. But IMO (First off I do believe in God, and Jesus, etc. Im a Catholic.) I dont really want to get into a large religion debate here, but I feel that leaves this universe a little too unexplained. In fact it just leaves everything, all the unseen forces in this world unexplained.

I could go on for hours about what I believe happens after death, and things I have read that make sense, etc. But I dont really feel comfortable nor do I have the time to speak of them.
