I know the first SoulStorm Brew vendo is in the FeeCo Depot, but since Sean is in the SoulStorm Brewery I thought it would be more appropriate to talk about that level rather than one preceding it.
Oh, and I also get to correct you, AlphaScrab - the very first SoulStorm Brew vendo in the FeeCo Depot is before you get to the part you described. There's a single bomb in front of a door, and you have to use the fart to blow it up. It's the first place you encounter Uncle Aslik's Tips, I believe.
