Im sure a 17 year old is going to be really scared of some 13 year old on an online forum.
And I wouldn't threaten another member especially in an online community. First off, appearances online and behavior can be deceiving. Second you really dont know what that person could be like in real life. Nor do you want to end up doing what Paramud did, and all the threats he made and crap he said against oddguy.
I believe you to be a smart person, I doubt you would want to lose your membership over something stupid like this even if you were joking.
