Creating a character is easy---
If you are joining the main RPG, you post your character to the
Main RPG rules & Story.
As CarboN already said--check out hobo's
How To Roleplay thread. There you will find out how to create a character.
But--If you decide to make your own RPG, you can post your characters to that thread or to the
Rules and Characters-thread.
