I also find your assurance that this would actually work hard to fathom. This wouldn't get rid of the "a-holes" in the world....but just create more to take the place of those who dies out. This is just liek passing judgement on people you really dont know. AND......what is to say you won't be in there same position one day.....things come back to bite you in the ass.

Are you aware of the conotations of this thinking? Social Darwinism (which is after all what YOU are talking abouthere) ushered in ruthless Imperialism, re-inforcing such ideas as Divine Right (which has been twisted and boiled in ammonia by such present day "leaders" as George W. Bush) and also heightened anti-Semitism in Europe during the late nineteenth century and into the twentieth century. Are you aware that Darwin never, in fact uttered the words "Survival of the fittest." His thinking was not along these lines, but others took his theories and pursued them for their own causes with wild abandon.


Totally unfathomable on my part. I jsut can't see this ever really happening, and if it did, we would all be worse than than before.
