In my opinion... not quite. Even if your ateist or agnostic, let's say that God exists... just for the sake of argument. Now, God created man and instilled in him a free mind, correct? Because of this, it is man that makes all of these "horrible" things, for it is man that concieves the ideas. On the other hand, one
could argue that God
indirectly created these things, as he
did give man free will. But I think it may be a wee bit lofty to say he is entirely responsible for the actions of man.
