I think this differs between boys and girls. Whereas boys underage are usually horny and gagging for a shagging anyway, girls aren't and are usually destroyed when this happens to them, beit then or later in life. Plus, its more painful for a girl.
I know a 20 year old guy who had slept with a 14 year old. The 14 year old txted his friends bragging, then his dad found the texts and now the 20 year old is in prison, and on the registry. I think thats abit wrong, but if the guy did know the kids age, then he deserves it.
