I use the html marquee tag. It looks like this minus the spaces of course:
Starting tag: < m a r q u e e >
Ending tag: < / m a r q u e e >
Just type the words you want in between the tags and enjoy scrolling text baby! You can also add colors and font size in between as well.
The downside of the marquee is that it's getting on people's nerves right now, so use with caution!
I'm getting rid of mine after voting is over.
