I'm sure I'll cop some "waste of money" comments from Oryon here... but hey, I'm the person who's gone to see a movie 14 times... so I'm just a fanatic!!!
Here is my rather long list on things I do that make me a fanatical Oddworld fan!
- Created Oddworld-Web
- Co-run Oddworld Forums
- Went to visit Oddworld Inhabitants (I live in Australia, but I was going to the US anyway at the time)
- Buy promo items from eBay (one pamphlet I paid $70 US for)
- Planning on going to e3 next year if I can
- Buy magazines for one Oddworld article
- Got a giant billboard poster of Abe's Exoddus when it fell down
- Collect Oddworld images/movies
- Have pictures of Oddworld around my room
- Have Oddworld customizations on my computer
- Visit Oddworld sites every day
- Have multiple copies of the games (different versions ... PSX, PC, import)
- Ordering an Xbox from the US to so I don't have to wait 3 months longer for Munch
And yes, I am probably missing a few. I have always been a fanatical person. That is just me... and if anyone ever has a problem with it, I basically tell them to stuff off. It's the way I am, and the way I always will be.
As for all of the others who are more than just an average Oddworld fan... I say a big "cheers" to you!
