Another thing I forgot to mention Jacob, is how much you can do when you have finished the missions. You can do taxi missions, police (kill the criminals), paramedic (saving people) and pizza boy (delivering pizzas on a moped). Doing these gets you rewards like extra max health, or armor, or other goodies.
