Well, I saw Al the Vykker using the scrolling text in his sig, so I thought it would work well with my campaign banner!
Anyway, it works by using the html marquee tag. I tooks like this minus the spaces:
starting tag < m a r q u e e >
ending tag < / m a r q u e e >
Just type what you want in between and have fun!
