Although the ad is not clear, I think that they are pre-selling through the auction. So whereas if you won the auction now, you would get the game once released.
I've seen other auctions do this... I actually bought something that way myself. A company had a NFL figure for auction that wasn't released yet, but were doing the auction for it. They didn't charge my credit card until the item was in stock.
It still might be a scam though as it doesn't make this fact clear, and the reserve may not be much cheaper than the actual game.
