I don't want to get in the middle of a console war... but most of you may be too young to remember when Sony joined the console market. When they did though they were the "outsiders" ... as Xbox/Microsoft are now. People said that Sony should stick to televisions and VCRs and stuff like that... that Nintendo and Sega were the ones that made the console industry.
I just thought I'd mention that... because from there, look at where Sony is now. And perhaps Xbox will be there in years time too.
They need to be given a chance... too many people are condoning them as a failure. Although I think the Xbox will go well (own opinion), Dragadon has a good view in waiting to see what it will be like before saying yay or nay.
Oh... and BTW... there is nothing wrong w/ the good 'ol PSOne!
I don't have any next gen consoles at the moment... and my PSOne is cool... it has my favorite games like Oddworld and FF on it. I'll end up with a Xbox and a PS2 by this time net year, but the PSOne will still have it's uses. Graphics are always good, but I look for gameplay more than anything in a game... an many PSOne games have just that. Plus it's good that Sony are keeping this end of the market as many can't afford PS2, etc.
