The levels in MO weren't really big enough to just wander around. The paths are set with missions to complete and helpless creatures to save. I thought the whole game was puzzle solvy.
For instance....Brewery to Be. You have to round up all the Scrabs with Munch and lock them up so you can get access to the micro brewery, so in turn you can get the gluks moolah that opens the gate with all the mudokons in it so you can save them. Whew!

Doesn't that sound puzzle solving to you? Doesn't sound like wandering to me.
