When I used to work in support we would occasionally get an email that was of a more personal nature rather than a computer help question.
Unfortunately we didn't get anything that was overly private, but I remember once receiving an email from someone which was confirming a date or something like that.
The support email used to be funny ... even though it was junk mail, I cracked my collegues up once when I read out the title of an email we received ... "Paritech Support, do you need a Penis Enlargement".
