The pics in these threads are quite kewl. I'm going to post a pic of my creature once I can draw it right.
I even have a character from the species named Puck, here are her species' stats:

STATS:
Character: Peck
Gender: female
Species: Tangra (Plural Tangros)
Hybrid relations: Feline and various insects
Appearance (natural):
- Long body covered by both fur and skin and long hair (partly braided)
- large but elongated two-tone green/amber eyes
- large lips
- face resembles fish, whiskers above the eyes a bit with tentacle like things on the chin for senses!
- Skin colour is gray/lilac, fur is olive, although Tangros eye skin and fur colors differ.
- slightly visible claws and fairly flat feet and 'paws' semi-covered with both skin and fur.
- Sharp canines, not visible until mouth opened!
-thin tongue.
- Gills under both eyes for breathing
- Long tail

Attributes:
- Nightvision - eyes adjust light to complete pitch black
- Claws that conceiled mostly but emerge and able to extend using enhancements (i.e. vendos) for defence against any enemy.
- Can climb onto most surfaces via claws and textual soles of fairly flat feet and palms of flat paws, like a stick insect.
- Breathes through gills under both eyes.
- Flexible body
- Quick and sensitive movements can stand upright or on all fours

Weaknesses: Water! Despite having gills, they haven't learnt to swim and are still susceptible to drowning.

Lifestyle:
Although natural creatures, their appearance has mutated thanks to the industrial world. They are often in packs, although many of them have a tendency to become independent explorers. They can be aggressive when they want to, but they are generally calm sensitive creatures. They live under various conditions and environments and adapt well to surroundings.

Their reproduction and growth have become somewhat peculiar; they hatch eggs and resemble hairy amphibians as younglings, but they cocoon during adolescence where they develop into tangros.
