Whats really wrong with our current staff. The power abuse was before our time.

I had a feeling the past couple months that people would want to try and remove us. Though this is a democratic forum, we have only been mods for about a year now. A presidents term is four years, and other postions such as representatives, etc. can be even longer. Not to mention justices or judges.

My opinion maybe for GD appoint only two mods there Instead of having like five people all moderate it.

So it could be Xavier and _______new moderator
same for small subforums like non oddworld art have DI and ______, difference would myself and Alector still be able to moderate it but not be listed with the two main mods, and just be listed as the FC mods. Also RPG seems to be un moderated or atleast it was for a while since Rexy was gone for a while, so it would be fine to have a new person who is really involved there be appointed to help her out. Also since Alector has been gone its been hard for me to get the FC contests up and running like I had planned, so I could use a new assistant.

I also noticed under spoiler forum and help theres only one moderator, and its Alcar. Yes hes a super mod so he can moderate the other stuff, plus he would still be listed for it but a new person could also be mod. Spoiler forum someone who could be a normal mod such as Khanz, or for help someone also really experienced for it. Same goes for Non oddworld art as I said, you could add new people along with DI such as PA or other people really talented in art, and who came close to moderating it before.

Of course its up to the higher ups what to do with us.

I just dont really think we should have to resign yet, most moderators are in place until they are either forced to resign because of problems or abusing their power, or the ones who dont have time anymore. So far, I still have plenty of time to be here because I am scheduled with my other work so I can find time to complete my duties here effectively. Just fill in the gaps that could use a new mod/mods, or replace those who can no longer fulfill their duties.

Id like to also add that we dont have much real power here, we just have titles that say we are mods, and we can just use our updated options for our appointed duties. If you wanted higher power you would have to be an admin or super mod, they can do all kinds of other stuff and ban people. Us normal mods dont have any more say then you do because we are in a sense your voice to the higherstaff, we just try to enforce the rules of this place. The view pilot and Abe Babe had was to make a great forum that was democratic also in the sense that their was no real huge advantage of being a mod, compared to a normal member.

This is not a dicatorship, nor is it going to be anytime soon.

Thats just my opinion.
