I had a scary experience once when I was in my bedroom back home.
It was really dark, but you can see the streetlights reflected in through the window. I couldn't sleep, and I felt this breeze, and I don't know why, but I had chills.
Then I realised I can see something moving in my room through the shadows, so I got up. I was really freaked out, and I noticed this shadow was just looking at me, so I went a bit hyper... I wanted to get out of the door to turn the light on, the shadow came towards me and then...
Bam. Bumped my head into the wall... more accurately the lightswitch, and realised it was me. Just literally me.... I was getting all freaked out by my own shadow! Was relieved, but gawd, I felt like an idiot.
