Sending someone to jail for using drugs makes no sense.

You seemed to have misunderstood what i was getting at. If they have a Drugs problem...fine...get them help. However, if because of that Drugs problem they are attacking people/stealing/harming others then they should be put in jail.

There is also nothing wrong with prostitution. It is your body. Do what you will.

I agree. But when using it to support a Drugs problem i think its wrong. Mainly because you will sleep with anything and everything to get the cash...which leads to infections/diseases which in turn leads to people getting infections and diseases which then spreads and ruins peoples lives...
