When I start my Movie Company, I'm going to Invest in the workers. I watched a tv special that highlighted this one company...Not sure wich one.....Anyway, The Boss made sure all his workers were happy. ALL of them! He knew everybody and this one time he got an icecream truck to stop by, so his workers got to take a break and have whatever they wanted. Now...this is a huge company(I remember that), and everybody loved their job, so they worked ten time harder, cus' they has fun at thier job. I want my company to be like that. You know...Give everybody a mini-fridge filled with their favorite stuff in their workspace. If you make your workers enjoy their job, they get more done and with better quality. I think OWI has a good working environment and it's companies like that that make dreams happen! That's what I'm going to do when I make my billion!
