I had never seen the Terminator movies until about three weeks ago when they showed the first and the next day, the second. All of my friends thought T2 was better, but I like Terminator more as it was more of a thriller than an action. The surprise I got in number two was cool when the T101 actually
saved John.
My favourite scenes are when that guy says something like "Do you have a dead cat in there?" and you see the list of possible replies the Terminator could use and he chooses "**** you, asshole". And in the directors cut T2 when John is teaching Arnie to smile.

I saw the first one and laughed my head off. I mean, how crap are the special effects?

The only special effects I found crap was when he was a robot. The rest were good. If you have to complain about anything it must be the horrible synthesizer music throughout the film. Damn the '80s to hell.
