I'm still terrified of lobsters to this day. Vile little creatures with their cold black eyes, disgusting, twitchy mouth parts, and STD-esque shell.

Ick.

I was also scared of Morla from the never ending story [the giant, crazy, constantly sneezing tortoise], Whatever was in my closet, and the aparent poltregeist in our old house.

Lobsters still creep me out. As does my closet when the light is on inside and the door is closed. Maybe it's because my room is pitch black at night [you can't even see your own body..] and the little sliver of flourescent light creeping out from under the door gives the illusion that something is inside, waiting to come out.

I also hated, well, still do, being home alone at night, thinking you hear someone, saying 'hello?' and then getting nothing but silence in return. It makes me feel like someone IS there...but now they know that I know, and they're going out of their way to be quiet.
