On a different matter i think Steef might make an appearance, but what you do with him is upto you. For instance in one ending you kill him and in another you let him live...this would happen mid-game and thus whichever you decide to do, will start to show later in the game (i.e - kill him, you get talked about as the "Bounty killer" etc. etc. Don't kill him, he keeps coming back or comes back one more time or something)
