It was in Splinterz when you climb down the ladder to get the Mudokons that are surrounded by mines. I belive that it was right before you go into the area with the "Slig March" video on the wall. Each Mud was surrounded by his own set of mines and you had to throw them out of the circle and take them to the Bird porthole but the last set of mines did not contain a Mud. You could hear him scrubbing but he was knowwhere to be seen?
