However, my opinion is that the Chickens do look too cartoonish, or too Earth-like. I'd like to see some more Scrab/Paramite/Fleech kind of creatures.

i agree with alcar there, they don't seem that odd to me because i've seen chicken like things before
but we cant judge the game till we have tried it
