welcome to work at the barracks we are starting over again cos before it totoly blew up i am the creater of this role play game
now there is one rule u must follow
rule 1)no starting wars or disasters also no killing other charcters
at all only get them in accedents but i would pm the owner of the charcter to get his/her permission to use there charcter in a accedent or in a fight
and thats it
i hope this becomes a sucsess
