My main gripes ...

1. Spammers
2. Flamers
3. People that post in the wrong place
4. People that sign up w/ multiple accounts cause they forgot their password and are too lazy to click the "forgot password" link

I also think once we formulate these, that a link should be put in the welcome email that people receive.

I like Max's idea w/ the FAQ. Trouble is if someone is new to Oddworld, they want to know about stuff, and will obviously ask about it. Of course there is the Questions and Answers thread, but people aren't going to be bothered to look through that. If you can write up a FAQ, that would be great Max. You can either host it on TOE, or we can integrate it into the Forums so that it looks like an official part of OWF. Or just create a thread in General Discussion yourself, and get us to stick it and close it. That way you can edit it all there without external linking or needing us to change stuff.

Although I did read some people saying about stickying a bunch of stuff.. we don't want too many sticky threads. So maybe three for General Discussion ... the two that are already there, and the FAQ which will be a closed thread.

I don't think we should be too strict on people who can't spell. Because some people really do have problems spelling. Sure you have lazy people who won't learn, but I knew people when I was in school who genuinely had difficulties spelling. It's unfair to pick on them. But yeah, I'd like to see bad spellers at least make an effort.
