People should be beaten for screwing it up. I mean how hard is it really to think, "Hmm... should this thread about my Encyclopaedia Britannica set be in the middle of General Oddworld Discussion?"
Also you should be harsher on spelling. Some people have spoken English all their lives and still can't spell 'believe'...
