Okay got what you need. You're right you can't just hoist. Here's what to do:
Get to the spot in the image.
1.Go to the right and drop down
2. Pull the lever to activate the well on the screen to the left.
3. Run and get into the well, don't just drop in from the above platform.
4. Voila!
