Chapter 8!

The rest of the journey was quite eventless after that, if you don't count slogs, mines, and more sligs.
Any meat I found I ate on the spot. One slig in my backpack was good enough.
The most exiting thing that hapened was actualy exiting, though. I was nearing the temple, walking up a slope. When I reached the top, I found myself above a pit, containing a well, and a scrab.
It was pacing around near the well. I was sure that if I had jumped in just then, I would have been killed. So, instead I got the slig from my backpack,and cut it into a big piece and a small one. I put the big one in my bag, and tossed the smaller bit down.
The scrab saw it imediately, and began walking towards it. I began spining.
When the Scrab was close enough, I jumped!
The web I was spining caught it.
I then experienced something quite strange.
Scrab!
Face it.
Howl
Wait for reply
Char...
I got a hold of myself in time, but it was very hard to keep it. I continued the webing until the scrab's feet were stuck to the floor and it's jaws stuck together.
I left the slab of meat there, because the scrab would break free eventualy, and I would feel bad if I just left it there with nothing.
I then walked up to, and jumped into, the well.
