I am thinking of the admins more than the slurgs here, but bearing the slurgs in mind too. If a mod has to move a thread to the NBG for whatever reason, then it would be very useful for you to be able to link to this thread so that you can show the offender why their thread was moved to NBG. It might save you the trouble of having to explain yourself each time you do it...
As for there being too many rules, these aren't rules, they are guidelines. Pretty much re-iterating what is said in the forum rules, only a bit more freindly
