Sometimes their mailbox will be so full that by the time they have got to your email it has already been deleted because their mailbox is too full. But this is no reason to give up! Before you send your question to alf, make a copy of the whole letter and save it into a notepad file etc., and after about 1-2 weeks of waiting for an answer, send them the same message you copied from before. Keep this going until you get a response, but dont do it too often and spam Alf!
