Ah, well you see;
God takes the lives of the people whom he deems worthy of going to Heaven. However, the people who are not classed as worthy get taken to Hell by Reapers. Reapers are legless flying Bat-like things who swoop down upon the evil-doers Soul, snatch it and then "whoosh" down into Hell were Lucifer (in his Gucci suit) ponders over their punishment in Hell. If he feels that the defendant was brought to Hell wrongly he may send them back upto Earth to have another shot at life. Other punishments include mining, creating new rooms in Hell and, the ever-feared, cleaning Oblivion's lair. If you have been in Hell for a long time and show some improval in your behavior and aura, then you may be entitled to earn your goodness by entertaining the other Demons (not to be mistaken for convicts) in Hell. This includes dancing, singing and comedy...
