Here's why this story is fake:
-If the 'worms' were in the brain, no movement would be visible just by looking at the scalp. You know, what with our pesky skulls getting in the way.
-Those look more like insect larvae...Not tape worms.
-Tape worms do not usually infest the brain.
-If the man was given a local anesthetic, he would not be wearing the mask over his nose and mouth. A local anesthetic is an injection given to numb a certain area.
-The larvae would be dying, not surviving for three years.
-The worms eating his brains would not cause a headache, as the brain has no pain receptors of it's own.
