But Bush has indeed said that the loss of civilian life is definitely inevitable. Even in Afghanistan some "smart bombs" missed their targets and caused massive civilian casualties.
As with oil weren't they gonna set fire to their oil reserves or something to keep the Americans at bay? Our petrol (thats what we call gas over here) has gone through the roof in price.
