One thing about licenses and cars just be prepared to be paying a lot of money for a very long time. Your going to need money for gas every week plus every now and then money for car maintance like oil changes and other fluid changes and possiable repairs. The only big expense you will pay is when you get your car but after that its not that bad.
But its not as bad as it sounds you get your self a nice car that runs well in the winter and that heats up quickly and cools off just as fast you will be fine. Just get your self a job and you should have no problem. Welcome to the wounderful world of young adult hood. And balieve me it gets much more fun when you get older. But thats a story saved for later. Oh and lastly your going love winter driveing! Can we say
