Go on a picture in the web and make a right click and go to properties and copy the url of the pic.
Then when you make a reply or a new topic with a picture, use the ubb code. Type [img]then here the url of the pic[/img] - (better when you click on this button

Then you can write what you want and just click on reply...then the picture will showed up.
