The show is great. No denying that. I love it too, but I only watch it once every now and then.
I'm just saying that for some of you it is like smoking.

I if saw someone walking down the street wearing a
Simpsons T-shirt I would have no problem.

If I saw someone walkinig down the street clad in nothing but Simpsons mechandise and doing Simpson impressions all the time when they spoke I would be forced to tear the clothes from his body. Then he would reveal his Simpsons Boxers and say "Eat my shorts!" which I would then do.
Then I would see that his entire body is tattooed yellow and covered in simpsons tattoo's. I would tear off his skin and feed it to his dog called "Santa's little helper".

Or I could just walk past and Mock him forever...
