You need to create a new server in mIRC, with the following information:

IRC Server: irc.mircx.com
Port(s): 6667,7000

Try logging on with that, its what I am now having to use as the original irc.cjb.net doesn't work anymore.

Everything is the same, #oddchat etc. Just the server address is different, and ports.
