You're right Xavier. Doesn't Lorne just tell the designers what he pictures the character as (like personality and looks) and the designer does the dirty work for him?

I wouldn't say it like that but I think it's approximatly the way it works now that lorne have lots of other work, just read the
Inside CG story to see how it happen
