Well even if you did have a seperate board like that it still wouldn't get rid of spammers. Your alweys going to get that. Like I said you can't get rid of spamming but you can regulate it. And a seperate board could be a way of regulating it. But I don't think the OWF really needs something like that. Its simple three warnings and you get banned or something along those lines. right?
