clarification...
NOTHING WAS TAKEN OUT.
After the switch to XBox the game MO had to be completely rebuilt from the ground up. Sure they had all the old stuff to model after but basically they had to make a new game. All the stuff everyone says was "taken out" was actually left out so that they could finish the game in time.
