Well if you can't see the thing on that xbox.com page then you don't have the flash plug-in installed. Installing the Flash plug-in lets you see certain types of online multimedia - inshort, it's very cool.
So if you suspect you don't have flash installed, go to
http://www.macromedia.com and there should be a link to download the plugin somewhere. Good luck!
