I think I know the image you are referring to, but I don't have it.
It's not an official image, but there were a couple of guys back on the ezBoard forums (and I think they signed up here too) who were running a site for Oddworld quake mods. One of them was named Chairwalker I think.
Anyway, I think these guys had an Abe with a gun. If I can find the URL of their site, or the image, I will post it here.

Edit: OK... I didn't have to look far for at least part of what you are looking for. I checked Chairwalker's profile in the Memberlist and found the site. Bad news is the site seems to only have a front intro page.
Good news is... they have this banner which features the image in question.
I guess it's not the complete image though.
