to answer silversnows question, no it is not the only gross food, i've eaten out of the list.and yes latamire, pure bred COCKROACHES!!
I have eaten every single category (dog was up in the Phillipines..........inhumane isn't it?) I really didn't know filipinos ate cats.................does complete pandamonia strike fear into your hearts. ANYway the bugs are common down here, try imperial beach for example, there's a board walk where some stands sell insects, and this one store sells gourmet insects, (I suggest roasted crickets, they taste just like popcorn, and scorpions..........kinda like crunchy bland chips...except the part where you suck out the insides)
And the guts and testacle could be found anywhere around my local filipino store, (would you believe how much it costs per pound?)
Chitterlings also rock!!!
