Elum, like so many people have said before are wildlife creatures and have as far as we know, no capable consious (by that, I mean hardly any intelligence, feelings, etc) to be a playable character.
I don't think we'll be seeing very many new creatures in this next game. However I'm sure there'll be a lot of new characters.
Unfortunately OWI aren't due back to work until February. So we ain't got nothing to do on. Except for Alf's generous visit's to Oddchat
